Hello and Thank You for visiting my site. Hopefully, you won’t feel the need to go elsewhere in your Lassen County real estate search once we’ve made contact. Please allow me to tell you a little about myself.
I embarked upon my real estate career in 1968, at the ripe old age of 21 years and have been a real estate professional since. Idealistic as it may sound, one of my goals then was to change the opinion of the public toward real estate agents. At that time, around the beach cities of Southern California, real estate agents ranked just above used car or insurance salesmen. Sorry if I’ve offended anyone but that’s how it was back then. I quickly learned that service, integrity and expertise are the main requirements for my career choice.
I obtained my California Broker’s license in 1972 with the goal of starting my own company in the future. Upon my life’s journey, I invested and sold various types of properties in the counties of Los Angeles, El Dorado and Santa Clara until arriving here in 1979 where I finally achieved my goal and began my own company, Lassen Land Realty.
I take great pleasure in assisting others in their search for one of the most important decisions of a lifetime. I consider it a privilege and a challenge to find just the right property for them.
I’ve been told time and again by my clients that I have the ability to really zone in on what they are looking for and that I truly listen to them. I don’t waste their time or mine by showing them properties that would be unsuitable to their wants or needs.
And, when working with sellers, I do my best to represent their properties in a professional manner, using the most effective marketing tools available. I advise them on how to get the most from the sale of their property and always provide a seller’s net sheet so they know what the anticipated costs of selling are, including escrow, title, inspection fees and disclosure requirements. My staff and I work diligently to assure that all inspections called for in the contract are completed in a timely fashion and that the lender requirements are met in order to close escrow by the date specified.
I pride myself in preparing contracts that are easily understood, precise in their content and will achieve a win-win situation for all parties involved.
